In 2001 he started Khitsane Fashions importing clothing from Germany, in 2004 he started Bataung Memorials. 2007 he started Khitsane Investments (A Property Development Company) In 2008 he started JL Lounge, an up market Lounge in Ekurhulene and sold it in August 2010. Lebohang W. Khitsane is still the Director of Khitsane Investments, Bataung Memorials, Bataung Financial Services, Bataung Grave Care, Bataung Memorial International, Hunter's Batsumi and he has completed an NMP in 2009 with Wits Business School. Lebusa Mofokeng studied Human Resource Management at Wits. He is a Human Resource Generalist. Has experience in Human Resource Provision, Human Resource Development, Labour Relations. He sits in the Regional Employment Equity committee forum (SASSA Gauteng). He has business experience and he has been in the planning and implementation committee of Bataung Memorials since
He is currently doing a Post Graduate Diploma in Financial Planning with the University of Free state. He is an admitted Attorney of the High Court of South Africa. He is also accredited as a Compliance Officer by the Financial Services Board (FSB) and accredited member of a Compliance Institute of South Africa, a full time member of the Pension Lawyers Association of South Africa. He is also a member of Black Management Forum (BMF) Tshwane Branch. He has extensive experience in commercial law and more particularly in the financial services industry as a result of years of experience working in banking, insurance and pension fund. He is currently employed as a Legal and Compliance Manager of the Government Employees .
The beginning of 1986, Setlopo joined forces with Colin Zungu to start Sebenza TV services. 1992 he came on board of Martin’s TV Guard to review operation methodology of the company as a partner. In 1994, he joined Telephone Manufacturers of Southern Africa (TEMSA) as a Technical Training Officer.
February 1998, he was offered a scholarship by Kodak SA to go study at the Graduate School of Business. Shortly thereafter he joined the National Technical Division of MTN at Midrand. He worked for MTN from 2000 until 2006 on a mission to complete his MSc. (Operations Management) thesis doing a research at Bataung Memorials Tombstones. He is also a management member of Bataung Memorials Tombstone. On graduation he chose to do Herbalife on full-time basis whilst serving at the Katlehong Resource Centre (NPO) as a Board member (volunteer).
